論文審查作業要點

來稿登記，隨到隨審。
執行編輯隱匿作者姓名單位後，送交編輯委員會初審決定送外審與否。
如決定送外審，則由編輯委員們提名審查人名單，再由主編決定兩位審查人選，排除可能妨礙審查公正性之人選。
外審評審意見分為下列四等：「推薦」；「修正後採用」；「修正後再審」；「不推薦」。
外審審查結果：
  1. 二人均推薦→送編委會討論。
  2. 一推薦，一修正後採用，或二者均修正後採用→請作者修正後，送編委會討論。
  3. 一推薦（或修正後採用），一修正後再審（或不推薦）→請作者修正後，再送審。
  4. 一修正後再審，一不推薦→請作者修正後，再送審，如通過，再送3審。
  5. 二者均不推薦→退稿。
審查過程中，編委會得要求作者提供資料庫與語法內容，並轉交第三公正方專門審查資料庫與語法，以協助審查程序。
任何編委對外審通過後之論文均可於編委會中提出異議，並交由編委會議決。
經編委會通過後之稿件，才可刊登。

Manuscript processing

Wenti Yu Yanjiu will review the paper right after the submission.
After the executive editor deletes authors’ information, our editorial board will decide whether the manuscripts should be distributed for an outside review.
If a paper has to be handled by reviewers on the exterior of our editorial board, the editorial board should turn in a list of recommended reviewers. The executive editor will invite two reviewers from the list, unsuitable reviewers with a possibility of conflict of interest will be excluded.
Evaluations from outside reviewers will be rated in four degrees: Accept; Accept after Revision; Revise and Resubmit; Reject.
Outcome of the evaluations from outside reviewers :
  1. Both reviewers evaluate Accept → The paper will go through a discussion on the editorial committee.
  2. One reviewer evaluates Accept and the other evaluates Accept after Revision; or both reviewers evaluate Accept after Revision → Author will be asked to revise the paper; the paper will go through a discussion on the editorial committee.
  3. One reviewer evaluates Accept (or Accept after Revision); the other evaluates Revise and Resubmit (or Reject) → Author will be asked to revise the paper; the paper will go through a second review.
  4. One reviewer evaluates Revise and Resubmit; the other evaluates Reject → Author will be asked to revise the paper; the paper will go through a second review. If accepted, the paper will go through a third review.
  5. Both reviewers evaluate Reject → The paper will be rejected.
The editorial board may ask for database and cording information during the evaluations.
All editors on the editorial board could raise an objection for papers that went through outside review during the editorial committee, the papers should go through discussion by the editorial committee.
Papers could only be published after being accepted by the editorial committee.
